A renowned change leader who shapes collaborative organisations (like MU&A), Allan manages global partnerships with leading providers of 3D printing, vacuum forming, laser marking, aligner trimming and manufacturing automation technology.

Kareem joined Eon in April 2021 as head of our financial management and strategy, with over 20 years' experience in finance, strategy, M&A and commercial operations in global med-tech and pharmaceuticals. Having started a regional private equity fund healthcare start-up, Kareem has developed budgets, financial plans, M&A and financial strategies for major companies across the MENA region.
