Our client identified an opportunity to provide their doctors with structured guidance and proactive support to integrate clear aligners effectively into their practices, rooted in educational resources, technological efficiency, and data-driven insights.
The Objective
The client’s primary objective was to successfully introduce their aligner solution to the North American market while building a scalable framework for doctor onboarding, engagement, and long-term growth.

The Approach
Launching a clear aligner brand is a complex, multi-faceted endeavor. To ensure success,we worked closely with the client to create an all encompassing pilot and launch plan focused on covering all the commercial, clinical, technological and educational requirements.
The initial focus was on clinical protocol calibration, designing customized workflows, technical integrations, customer journey mapping as well as product offering and a commercialization plan. As the launch progressed, we expanded our efforts to include clinical and sales teams training, marketing strategies, and continuous education initiatives empowering the client to confidently introduce their aligner brand, drive adoption and build a foundation for scalable growth.
